What makes it special?

Three layers of development
in four days

Insight Camp is more than just training. It consists of three interrelated layers—and all three are necessary for real progress to happen.

1.
Training layer

The same intensive, game-situation-based training that is featured in the Development Camp. Decision-making, basketball IQ, small-sided games, and a focus on technique and tactics. That’s the foundation.

2.
Video Analysis Layer

I film every training session, and I review the footage in the evening. The next morning, you’ll receive feedback on what I saw—and what you probably didn’t notice. This is the aspect that yields the most improvement.

3.
PF Insight Layer

Personal PF Insight session — exploring decision-making patterns, identifying blind spots, and addressing game-reading errors. This is BDVL’s most in-depth feedback tool. At Insight Camp, it is built into the program.

Note: The schedule is orientational — my flow shapes the actual session. If day 1 reveals an important area to develop, day 2 will focus on that. This is the advantage of a small group size.

Frequently Asked

What is the difference between Development Camp and Insight Camp?

The Insight Camp includes all elements of the Development Camp (game-situation-based training, Basketball IQ, decision-making, small-sided game) — plus daily video analysis and personal PF Insight sessions. It is 1 day longer, smaller in group size (4 people instead of 6), and more expensive. If you think consciously about your own game and want to truly see what is going on — the Insight Camp is it.

When are the next sessions?

Insight Camp is available exclusively in July and August. For information on current availability and dates, please contact us directly—I will respond personally.

How much does it cost?

The price is determined on a case-by-case basis. You won’t receive an automatic quote—I will go over the details with you personally.

What exactly is the PF Insight session?

PF Insight (Player Focus Insight) — Based on video analysis, I identify decision-making patterns, uncover blind spots, and highlight errors in reading the game. No generic advice—just specific situations, specific mistakes, and specific corrections. This is the most in-depth tool in the BDVL’s analytical suite.

Can I take the analysis materials home?

Yes—the written development plan and the main feedback points will be provided in a portable format. I will decide on a case-by-case basis regarding the video materials.

Is prior experience with BDVL required?

It’s not mandatory, but it’s recommended. If you’ve never worked with me before, Insight Camp is a great place to start. If you’ve already attended Development Camp or a monthly program, Insight Camp is the logical next step.
